The ideal candicate must display excellent communication skills having had extensive interraction with proffesional client base, telecom background is a plus.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone and email
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, email and networking.
  • Carry out market research and competitor analysis
  • Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database
  • Maintain contact with all clients in order to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up.
