Department: Provisioning

Key Responsibilities:

• The Provisioning Specialist will be required to configure new accounts identifying personalized solutions in accordance with the customer’s needs;
• They will maintain communication with the customers until the services are functional;
• They will be required to offer technical support to Iristel customers;
• Develop and maintain close business relationships with customer contacts.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree preferred;
• At least two years working experience, preferably in an international customer service environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French is a plus;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Good working knowledge of MS Office;
• Must be methodical and thorough and have a passion for technology.
